A digital proof is sent with each order to make sure your graduation cap bow is made exactly as you are envisioning. Please make sure you respond in a timely manner so your order is not delayed. Choose the no clip option if you will be attaching it directly to your graduation cap via glue or thread. If you will be wearing it in your hair select an alligator clip, French barrette or ponytail elastic. We only use premium hardware for more durability and longer wear. Bow ends are heat sealed to prevent fraying. All bows are lightly starched unless you leave a note in the comments requesting no starch.

Shipping Information
All of our items are handmade in our shop studio and take up to 5 business days to produce before they are shipped..
This means they will be ready to ship in 5 business days unless rush production is purchased at check out. This does not include graduation bows, see below for more information regarding graduation bows.
All items ship through the United States Postal Service via First Class Mail unless upgrade shipping such as Priority or Express mail is selected at checkout.
Graduation bow processing times vary because of the digital proof process. We ask that you allow up to two weeks for processing before your order is shipped because a digital proof will be emailed before it is made. Delays in receiving replies and/or approvals to the proof will prolong the processing of your custom Graduation bow. All graduation bows are shipped First Class via the USPS. A signature is required for the delivery of all graduation bows.

Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Personalized and custom items cannot be returned. If we made an error on a personalized item we must be notified within 7 days of receipt so a replacement can be sent.
